Press Release – Whitley Bay Family Law Specialist Joins Prestigious Law Panel for Third Time

Whitley Bay Family Law Specialist Joins Prestigious Law Panel for Third Time

Leading family law solicitor, Julie Nicholson of Alderson Law LLP, Whitley Bay is entering her third term of the prestigious Law Society Accreditation of the Advanced Family Law Panel.

Julie Nicholson was the first person In North Tyneside to receive accreditation on 1st December 2004 and is currently one of four people to hold this accreditation across North Tyneside and Northumberland.

To receive the Advanced Family Law Panel Accreditation, practitioners must be able to demonstrate to The Law Society at least five years of outstanding knowledge, work and practice. The same process must be carried throughout all re-applications, ensuring panellists are held to the highest standards and accountability continuously.

Covering a wide range of law disciplines including divorce, financial agreement and child protection, Julie Nicholson’s specialities lie within Ancillary Relief and Children Act proceedings, which has contributed to her successfully being accredited to the Advanced Family Law Panel for a third time.

Speaking on her success, Julie said, “Being accredited to the Advanced Family Law Panel for a third time is brilliant, because it gives me the confidence of knowing I am working to benefit the lives of others. My focus is to ensure the work I carry out protects and benefits my clients, so to be awarded with this accreditation is an added bonus, a one that I’m extremely proud of.”

Mark Hipkin, Partner of Alderson Law LLP said, “It gives me great pride to work with Julie as she is someone who goes above and beyond to meet the needs of her clients. It is never just about getting the job done – Julie cares about the people she represents and wants to deliver the best outcome for them. She is a credit to Alderson Law and this shows through her being only one of a select few in the North East to receive the Law Society Accreditation of the Advanced Family Law Panel for the third time.”
